Booth Space

Fair time is quickly approaching and it’s time to sign up for a space in the Merchants or Agricultural Building.

Please complete an application by May 9, 2009, if you wish to reserve your same space as last year. Or if you have a specific space you may request it at this time. We will try our best to fill this request, but we cannot guarantee your request will be met. Those returned from May 10th through July 10th will be reserved on a first come first serve basis.

Prices are remaining the same this year. Cost is $100.00 per space plus an additional $10.00 for electricity (anything plugged into an electrical outlet).

Each merchant will receive ONE weekly pass. Additional passes will be available for sale at the secretary’s office or you may order them with your space reservation.

Payment and Proof of Liability Insurance must accompany the application. Please notify us immediately if you must cancel, as we often have a waiting list. However, refunds are allowed ONLY if all spaces are filled and we are able to fill the space you reserved with another vendor.
